Tomáš has been the DofE's Chief Executive since 2015. He is responsible for the strategic development and management of the entire DofE National Centre and is heavily involved in fundraising, partnership building and international collaboration.

Michal leads the entire program team that takes care of Local Centers across the country. He is involved in grants and projects and works closely with public institutions. He maintains the quality of the DofE programme at a global level and comes up with constant innovations.

Veronika is the regional manager for the area: Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc Region. He works from an office in Brno, where he runs the DofE Online platform. She works with corporate volunteers who then mentor DofE Online volunteers who are unable to use the services of the Local Centre.

Míša is the regional manager for South Moravian a Zlín Region. He works from an office in Brno, where he travels to his centres and works to spread awareness of the DofE in both regions.

At the DofE, Jakub is responsible for developing the training system for leaders, teachers, directors and participating centres. He is developing a plan for the wider implementation of the DofE in schools, using templates and other tools. Above all, he is involved in training and delivering training events for teachers (webinars etc).

Tereza works together with regional manager Veronika Ormaniecová in the Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc regions. She is in charge of the talks in the region and also assists in DofE online.

Ester is in charge of everything related to expeditions (planning, organization and implementation), she also manages and develops the DofE Expedition Centre. She is also responsible for DofE Social Fund. Prepares the administration of international grants related to team training, volunteer and expedition development.

Šárka is the regional coordinator for Praguewhere he is dedicated to spreading awareness about DofE and building the Prague DofE community through social networks. He is mainly responsible for talks and presenting the programme. Šárka is also a bronze and silver level graduate and is now working towards her gold level. Adam works together with Regional Coordinator Barbara Míková and is responsible for talks, managing regional social networks and presenting the programme. He has completed bronze, silver and is working towards DofE gold level. In addition to this, he is studying at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine at the UK.

Naďa is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the workshop DofE Academy. Now its main activity is focused on the buddy programme I stand by youwhich focuses on the adaptation of children and young people from Ukraine in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.

Terka is responsible for talks, presenting the program and promoting it on social networks in the South Moravian and Zlín regions. She has completed all three levels of the DofE programme, basic and expedition training and spends her free time mentoring young people in delivering the programme. Outside of DofE, Terka is studying psychology at the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University.

Niki is part of the DofE project team. Her main task is to coordinate the Online Buddy Programme I Stand by You/Stand by Me, aimed at adapting children from Ukraine. Niki is a graduate of all levels of the DofE programme.
