The DOFE team

I am the Director of the National DOFE Centre from 1 June 2024. I came to DOFE from the Czech Radio Foundation, which I headed for six years and where I developed two flagship projects - Jesus' Grandchildren and Firefly. I spent the longest part of my career in the non-profit sector, working on social innovation, social enterprises and social impact startups. I am close to supporting the education and development of young people and adults. I am passionate about lifelong learning and my biggest inspiration is the generation of young people - how they can swim in what we are drowning in, what insight and ability to function in a web of relationships where we are lost. How they want to change not only their lives, but the world around them.

My goal at DOFE is nurturing the schools already involved and expanding the network schools, in order to could join the programme as many young people as possible who want to work nonly at its development, but to help and to his surroundings. What I appreciate most about my job is the opportunity to connect all those who care about developingof young people and try to to look for the best in them. The biggest relaxation for me is to relax in nature - in skiing in winter and cycling in summer. Through Life is with me English, and so I always like to hear the latest news from the Anglo-Saxon world.

At DOFE I lead the Learning & Quality. I deal with the quality of the programme, the methodological support of the leaders, the content of the training and the organisation of the training.educational events. I'm enjoying development of support materials and training, withe rely on experiential pedagogy a techniques non-formal education. In your spare time I develop the argumentative skills of young people through competitive debate and I go camping with my scout troop in the summer.

At DOFE, I lead projects with public sector partners while focusing on internal projects that move our organization forward. What I enjoy most about my job is its diversity - from improving internal processes, setting strategies to working with our supporters. After work, I balance the world of spreadsheets and project plans with creativity through documentary photography a I capture authentic moments of everyday life.

IN DOFE I make sure that as many young people and adults as possible know about the programme, but also that those who are already doing the programme have all the important information. I enjoy finding powerful stories of dofactors and dofaces and then letting them know about them. I am most excited when I see the impact DOFE is having in the lives of young people. When I'm not at my computer, I'm often out on my bike or sitting in a café with a good coffee and a book.

In DOFE I am responsible for the complete financial agenda - from budgets and reports to the settlement of grants and subsidies. I support local centers with invoicing and assist partners with donation agreements and acknowledgements. I make sure that finances work clearly, reliably and make sense.
What I appreciate about my work is that it has both a clear order and a concrete impact. In my spare time I like to travel, enjoy good food and find a balance between work and personal life.

Vlasta is our "Swiss Army Knife" for the HR agenda - she handles everything from recruitment and onboarding to training and digitalisation of processes to documentation management. Her goal is to have everything available at the click of a button, saving time on more creative tasks and having the flexibility to respond to any situation or need that arises in the team.

At DOFE I take care of the smooth running of the offices. I am a support for colleagues in the field. In the Czech Republic, I provide talks for the newly involved centres. I also provide the national office DOFE centres support for the organisation of school ceremonies. What I enjoy most to see how everything fits together. V DOFE I take care of technical administration of the ORB application, user support and analysis of program data. What fulfills me most about this role is finding understandable ways to make the system easier for participants and leaders to work with and to improve the accessibility of e-learning and the program through data. I enjoy simplifying complex processes to make them as user-friendly and understandable as possible for everyone. I also apply my attention to detail and precise procedures outside of the digital world, especially in cooking and baking. In the kitchen, I find the ideal balance between creative creation and order, which helps me keep an eye on the work agenda.

I take care of the development of the DOFE program in the region - I support the growth of existing centers, communicate with new applicants, train and present the program at various events. I build partnerships with local governments and volunteers, and participate in research that tracks the program's impact. I enjoy connecting people and creating an environment where young people can experience success and push their boundaries. In my spare time I love to travel, which I combine with my interest in urban planning.

My main job is to care and give support schools and other organisations involved in DOFE. It is associated with even organization of various events, which I enjoy it. The biggest reward? Seeing students and DOFE leaders working on themselves and gradually realizing that they are further along than they thought. And that it's really It works. A when I've had enough? I'm disappearing into the countryside. Ideally with a rope, a saddlebag and a girlfriend.

I am creating a supportive environment for everyone involved in the programme, from teachers and school leaders to the participants themselves. My goal is to make sure they have information, support and that the program can function well. At the same time, I am expanding the network of schools, organisations and partners who work together to improve opportunities for young people. The biggest reward for me is meaningfulness: seeing the tangible impact on people, their confidence and how they grow through their own experience. After work, the best way to clear my head is to go for a long walk or to the gym with podcasts about history, psychology or the universe, and sometimes I disappear into fantasy worlds at boards with friends.

Maybe because I love travelling, I am responsible for four regions in DOFE. I take care of the participating institutions, try to expand the program to new ones and raise awareness of its existence, and build partnerships with organizations in education. What I enjoy most about my job is delivering training, meetups, community and volunteer events - in short, direct work with people on the same wavelength, where you get immediate feedback and recharge DOFenergy. And after work? Fun! Sport, nature and theatre - a little of each, because we only live once and there's no time to waste.

At DOFE I provide support to leaders who involve children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and children with special educational needs. I do everything I can to ensure that anyone who wants to work on themselves can get into DOFE. I also help with the development of DOFE in the South Moravia and Zlín regions. I believe in social work and that it can bring the necessary change to society. In my free time I like to run canicross, and I write and I cook.

In DOFE I support schools, organisations and leaders, develop the Prague community and together with partners create a more diverse range of engagement and greater accessibility for young people. I'm also a teacher and also the head and coordinator of the centre DOFE at the gymnasium, which helps me to perceive the needs of the program directly in practice. It is thatto the combination I enjoy most about my job. In DOFE I am responsible for the administration of the DOFE Fund. I can be contacted by participants for whom finances are a barrier to achieving their programme goals and by centres that are not sure how to fund their projects. I enjoy the opportunity to gain insight into personal stories Dofaku on their journey through the programme and into the diverse projects of the DOFE centres. It is great to see the real impact of the programme on the young people and their mentors. I find my rest from the monitor most often in the Sázava River, where I go swimming regularly, no matter the season.

V DOFE I represent young people from Europe and Arab countries and make sure that the international leadership of the programme hears their real needs. It fills me up to see how the dOfficers become resilient and self-confident people who will not get lost in a complex world. I'm a medical student and often you can meet me in orthopedic rooms. I do all kinds of sports, but the best way to clean my head is to tatami At kumite. I balance this dynamic with music - I play clarinet and saxophone in the orchestra. And because I enjoy working with the people and the energy in the room, you'll often find me with a microphone in hand as well, moderating educational events and ceremonies DOFE.
