Gabriela took up the post of Executive Director on 1 June 2024 and is responsible for the strategic development and management of the whole DofE National Centre.

Veronika is the regional manager for the area: Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc Region. He works from an office in Brno, where he runs the DofE Online platform. She works with corporate volunteers who then mentor DofE Online volunteers who are unable to use the services of the Local Centre.

At the DofE, Jakub is responsible for developing the training system for leaders, teachers, directors and participating centres. He is developing a plan for the wider implementation of the DofE in schools, using templates and other tools. Most importantly, he is involved in training and delivering training events for teachers (webinars etc).

Silvie is responsible for communications, marketing and everything related to these areas at DofE. She is also partly responsible for the events that the DofE organises throughout the year. Naďa is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the workshop DofE Academy. Now its main activity is the buddy program I stand by youwhich focuses on the adaptation of children and young people from Ukraine in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. Nadia is also a DofE Gold Level graduate and received her award from Prince Edward.

Iva looks after the financial health of the DofE. Her main activities include compiling the organisation's budget, ongoing work with financial reports and preparing grant and subsidy accounts. She can be contacted by local DofE centres for invoicing, and by DofE supporters for donation agreements and gift acknowledgements.

Jakub is responsible for the ORB participant application and its continuous development. He provides communication with program managers and participants, provides administrative support to regional managers and is involved in e-learning. In addition, he is actively involved in optimizing and expanding the application to make it as accessible and efficient as possible for all stakeholders.

Šárka is the regional coordinator for Praguewhere he is dedicated to spreading awareness about DofE and building the Prague DofE community through social networks. Eva is in charge of the Local Centres in Central Bohemia, Ústí nad Labem and Liberec Region. She also teaches the course Informal Education at the Faculty of Education of Charles University. He also focuses on the area of funding of the programme from the OP JAK templates and the possibilities of their application in non-formal education.

Valerie is responsible for talks, presenting the programme and promoting it on social media in Central Bohemia, Ústí nad Labem and Liberec Region. Valerie is a graduate of the International High School in Ostrava and has just started her studies at Charles University, where she will study law and journalism. DofE has brought her many new experiences and skills. She has completed the gold level, also demoderated a ceremony and sang at another.

Terka is responsible for talks, presenting the program and promoting it on social media in South Moravia and Zlín Region. She has completed all three levels of the DofE programme, basic and expedition training and spends her spare time mentoring young people in delivering the programme. Outside of DofE, Terka is studying psychology at the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University.

Ester is in charge of everything related to expeditions (planning, organization and implementation), she also manages and develops the DofE Expedition Centre. She is also responsible for DofE Social Fund. Prepares the administration of international grants related to team training, volunteer and expedition development.

Niki is part of the DofE project team. Her main task is to coordinate the Online Buddy Programme I Stand by You/Stand by Me, aimed at adapting children from Ukraine. Niki is a graduate of all levels of the DofE programme.

Zuzka is behind the planning, preparation and subsequent organization DofE ceremonieswhich are a reward for the graduates of the programme and their leaders from all regions for their efforts. He is also in charge of organizing DLC, weekend meeting, leaders and coordinators and other events held during the year.
