At DOFE, Pavla makes sure that the program is heard and seen. She communicates with journalists and DOFE leaders and participants. Local centres can contact her to promote the award in schools and in the regions.

Naďa is part of the project team and among other things she is responsible for the Ambassador Acadmium.  Nadia is also a gold level graduate of DOFE and received her award from Prince Edward.

Iva looks after the financial health of DOFE. Her main activities include preparing the organization's budget, ongoing work with financial reports, and preparing grant and subsidy settlements. Local centers can contact her about invoicing. DOFE partners can contact her regarding donation agreements and gift acknowledgements.

Jakub is responsible for the DOFE application ORB and its continuous development. He is responsible for communication with program managers and participants, provides administrative support to regional managers and is involved in e-learning. In addition, he is actively involved in optimizing and expanding the application to make it as accessible and efficient as possible for all stakeholders.

Jana is responsible for the support and development of the DOFE Online project and the related expedition agenda for its participants. She is also involved in the organisation of training for centre managers.

Vlasta is our "Swiss Army Knife" for the HR agenda - she handles everything from recruitment and onboarding to training and digitalisation of processes to documentation management. Her goal is to have everything available at the click of a button, saving time on more creative tasks and having the flexibility to respond to any situation or need that arises in the team.

When possible, he looks for intersections of common interests through music and sport. He believes that these two areas bring people together and charge them with positive energy. Terka is responsible for talks, presenting the program and promoting it on social media in South Moravia and Zlín Region. She has completed all three levels of the DOFE program, basic and expeditionary training, and spends her free time mentoring young people in program delivery. Outside of DOFE, Terka is studying psychology at the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University.
