DOFE Ceremonies

You must have completed all activities and dispatches and have them entered in the ORB by the pre-determined deadline. To complete the ceremony you must have a status in ORB: Awaiting Ceremony. You will do best to contact your leader/supervisor before the deadline to have your ORB entries completed in a timely manner.

It's okay, you'll go to the ceremony at another time.

Elektronický certifikát získáš vždy, jakmile dokončíš úroveň. Přijde ti automaticky na mail (na ten, který máš zapsaný v ORB). 

Yes, that's enough! For this reason, an electronic version is now also sent to applicants, which you can attach to your CV. Don't forget to show off your electronic certificate on social media and add it to LinkedIn.

Opravdový odznak je možné obdržet pouze na ceremonii.

No, participation in the ceremony is not compulsory. But if you don't show up, you won't get a badge, and that would be a shame.

Yes, your application will arrive at the email address you have on file with ORB! But you must have completed everything, see above.

Invitation to the ceremony was received by all dofacs and dofacs who met the deadline for registration in ORB. You probably do not have the required status in ORB: Pending Ceremony or you did not meet the deadline by which this status had to be entered. Ceremony registration goes to the email you have on ORB. Don't forget to check your spam.

O elektronický certifikát nepřijdeš, dorazí ti na mail (ten, který máš v ORB). Bohužel ale již nebude možné se ceremonie účastnit.

Unfortunately, that's not how it works. If you have completed your ORB registration on time and missed the ceremony, you are not allowed to participate the following year. But don't hang your head, your electronic certificate is in the mail and maybe try the next level!

As soon as the moderators call your name at the ceremony, they are reading your medallion from your ceremony application, so it's great if you share with us how you enjoyed doing DOFE.

První část ceremonie nabídne festivalový program. Dofákům se představí naši partneři, kteří si pro ně připravují interaktivní program.  

Mnoho dofáků a dofaček po dokončení jedné úrovně hledá, jak pokračovat dál – v programu DOFE i mimo něj. Naši partneři představí projekty, aktivity a programy pro mladé lidi, ať už v oblasti dobrovolnictví, rozvoje dovedností, komunitních iniciativ nebo občanské angažovanosti.   

Všechny postupně představíme na sociálních sítích DOFE. Mladí lidé se také seznámí s novými patrony DOFE, kteří je provedou festivalovou zónou.  

Po samotném slavnostním předání odznaků bude pro dofáky příležitost, aby se mezi sebou mohli víc seznámit a třeba sdílet zážitky z plnění programu. Mladí lidé tak z ceremonie odejdou také s kontakty na další aktivní dofáky.

Each ceremony is unique and we are even more pleased if you want to share your experience from the program (speech) or demonstrate a skill (singing, playing the piano or other musical instrument, ballroom dancing, etc.).

Unfortunately, that's not possible. The ceremony for which you've applied is fixed.

In order to complete a level in ORB, the dofák must have a status of Awaiting Ceremony at a date to be determined by the National Center. If you have difficulty completing the ORB, please contact us in a timely manner (before the deadline) at: orb@dofe.cz.

It is possible to add the entry to the ORB after the deadline, but the dofák/dofačka will be able to participate in the ceremony at the next date.

Please don't announce the dofaks at the ceremony you, save your strength. Every dofak and every dofak will receive an application for the ceremony on his/her e-mail (which he/she has filled in ORB). You may, however, notify them that they should receive such an email.

The medallions of the awarded dofaks and dofaces will be read directly at the ceremony. They serve for mutual recognition and inspiration. Dofacs fill out the medallion as well as the application form themselves.

Each ceremony is unique and we are all the more pleased when dofacs and dofacs want to share their experiences from the program (speech) or demonstrate a skill (singing, piano playing, ballroom dancing, etc.) in front of their fellow dofacs. This option is filled out by the dofacs as part of their application for the ceremony.

Yes, if you wish to accompany your dofaces and dofaces to the ceremony, you must register for the ceremony. The ceremony registration form will land in your email.

No, each application is unique and in your name. Certificates are then printed based on that application. So everyone applies for the ceremony via their application form, which will be sent to their registered email.

An invitation to the ceremony was extended to all leaders/coordinators who have this year's graduates enrolled in ORB. If you are not one of them, don't despair, the colleague(s) who received the invitation can bring you along as their guest. You will definitely not miss the ceremony. Applications go to the email you have on ORB and be sure to check your spam.
