We are delighted that DofE has joined the official supporters of the Liberec Region. Together we signed the Memorandum of Cooperation. Find out more in a TV report.

Distance learning at a time of school closures has brought many pitfalls and challenges. At the National Center, we are glad that you have not shied away from them, but have faced them head on. Our supporter Google has given us some tips on where you can find new inspiration:

• Grow with Google or Make distance learning easier. A website focused on using the G Suite environment for teachers, students and their parents.
• Digital garage full of courses that focus on a variety of topics related to skills for the digital world.
• If you want to apply strategies and new approaches to education, you may find the link to New Generation of Founders.

DofE story 

Join us for a look at a piece of history. Ladislav Vajdík DofE was one of the first ever (back in 1995) at the Gymnasium Lesní čtvrt' in Zlín and he certainly does not regret his decision. How does he remember Dof, where they went on the expedition and how was his meeting with Prince Philip? You can find out in new YouTube video.

DofE Fund

The DofE Fund financially supports participants, leaders and Local Centres. You will be able to apply for a grant from 17 August to 14 September using the online form. For more information, please visit here on the web.

Expeditions 

Are you looking forward to summer? Are you planning summer expeditions? We have great news that will surely make you happy. In order to facilitate the realization of expeditions, we have established cooperation with a Czech manufacturer of quality outdoor equipment Husky. Thanks to this, you will soon have the opportunity to retrofit your Local Centre or buy something you need with the participants at a discount. We will let you know the specific form of cooperation in August Short Newsbut you can start thinking about what to get now.
