1. The National Center denied approval of the participant. What should I do?
Make sure that the participant has a rating from the evaluator for each activity. Unfortunately, we cannot approve the level without one. If evaluation is missing for some activities, it is necessary to return the level to the "in progress" state, then in the upper panel of the activity to return the activity to the "in progress" state and then back to the "approval of the evaluator". An email will be sent to the evaluator asking them to complete the evaluation.
2. I can't assign a participant to an expedition.
Make sure the participant does not have already assigned to another dispatch. In this case, you must remove the participant from the old expedition and assign him to a new one.
3. I would like to assign a participant from another DofE centre to our expedition. How do I do this?
In this case, you need to contact orb@dofe.cz or use the contact form below on this page. Fill in the email or form with the participant's first and last name, the participant's email and the ID of the expedition you want to assign them to. This cannot be done manually.
4. I would like to assign a participant from another DofE centre to our expedition. Participants have different levels.
In this case, please contact us by email orb@dofe.cz with the dispatch ID and the name of the participant together with their DofE centre. We will then assign the participant to the expedition.
5. I can't send the level for approval by the National Center because I don't have everything completed.
You need to make sure that the participant has a completed and evaluated each activity. It is also necessary for the participant to have the assigned training expedition in the ORB, even though it is not mandatory - the participant does not have to go on this expedition, so it is sufficient to set up only a virtual training expedition in the ORB.
6. The participant has completed all activities for a long time but still does not have an approved level.
Make sure that the participant has everything approved in order, including the entire level they need to send himself for approval to the head. After the approval of the supervisor, the approval process by the national centre begins. This approval does not take more than one week after the application is sent for approval.
7. I can't find the participant in my ORB participant list.
Most likely, the participant was archived and you will not see it among the active. In this case you need to set the filter to all subscribers instead of only active subscribers.
8. The subscriber cannot pay through the link he received by email.
In this case, you need to log in to the ORB via a computer and a web browser to a subscriber account. After logging in, the participant will see a window with a link to the payment gateway.
