Funding of the DOFE Centre

The implementation of the DOFE program in the organization is covered by the annual Contribution to the Development and Training of Educational and Youth Workers. The allowance applies for the school year and is always adjusted depending on when the organisation joins DOFE. The annual contribution includes: 

  • preparation of methodological materials for expedition leaders, trainers and evaluators,
  • Regional and national meetings of expedition leaders, trainers and evaluators to share experiences and good practice,
  • thematic online workshops and webinars, 
  • organisation and implementation of recruitment talks at participating organisations, 
  • support in the work with ORB, creation of manuals and video tutorials, 
  • support of the Regional Manager in the implementation of the DOFE programme, 
  • tandem training regional manager - coordinator of the DOFE centre, 
  • Organisation of ceremonies and major events (Lady Louise Abrahams Award, DOFE Leader Camp, etc.), 
  • provision of promotional materials and cooperation on internal PR and communication towards the founders and the public, 
  • the possibility of drawing funds from the DOFE Fund, 
  • the opportunity to participate in Erasmus+ projects in the Czech Republic and abroad, both for dofaculty members and for leaders and expeditioners
