Training of leaders

The National DOFE Centre organizes two basic trainings for all new leaders - Basic training a Expedition training. These courses are a prerequisite for a school or organisation to function as a DOFE centre. They provide leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to properly manage participants and ensure the quality of the programme. The training also connects leaders across regions and opens up a space for sharing experiences and inspiration, which is the first step towards building a strong and supportive community.

Caring for our leaders and their professional and personal growth are key to us - just as they are to the dofactors themselves. That's why we also offer refresher trainingto help leaders stay confident in their methodology and respond to new challenges. We hold regular training sessions in Prague, Brno and Ostrava. However, we are ready to organize them in other regions if several DOFE centres agree to share the training capacity.
