During January, we are preparing a lot of useful video tutorials for you to work with ORB. Our goal is to make the application easier for everyone to use, so we are creating videos for both leaders and participants. DofE story
How to be good
How to be a good leader? This is the question that 14 DofE leaders from 4 different countries tried to answer in December. The DofE National Centre hosted its third international exchange, with leaders from Bulgaria, Lithuania, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. The four-day training focused on building confidence and well-being in the role of a leader. Participants learned how to handle stress, how to reflect on themselves and their work and how to be healthily motivated. The exchange also allowed them to be inspired by how the DofE works in other cities and countries.
The final exchange of the Erasmus+ project will take place at the beginning of February in the Netherlands and will be attended by 4 of our representatives.
